With a masters degree in actuarial study, Lin is highly ambitious and provides the team an extensive knowledge in finance and passion for real estate. After an extensive exposure to finance through experience working in an established corporate operation. Lin found his passion in real estate through 6 highly successful years in sales and marketing. Having accomplished and setting multiple sale records Lin was the front and lead in settling over $100 million worth of sales within the Melbourne CBD area.

Over his tenure within the marketing and sales industry Lin developed a deeper understanding and began slowly transferring his knowledge of the market and experience into real estates from an investments perspective.
