Kevin is a committed, experienced and passionate development director. Started from boutique projects in hawthorn in 2012 to delivering more than $200,000,000 worth of dwellings and counting, Kevin has experiences across all front of developments, including acquisition, project planning, marketing, delivery and management across varies stages of a development. Kevin has a strong sense of mission to deliver long lasting and well thought out homes for Melbournians.
Kevin is leading monolith projects’ team, managing overall operations and resources of the company, acting as main point of communication between company investors and providing foresight to the future of the company. Kevin is personally lead all processes in different stages of a development such as acquisition, marketing, sales, tendering, construction and settlements.
