From the core team that offered Waverley Village, Waverley Place is the Stage 2 component to the success at 149 Hansworth Street. The proposal seeks to deliver a 8 storey duo tower design that will offer 122 Residences to the area and introducing a high rise living option to the area setting a new bench mark for apartment and compact living standards. Taking inspiration from the tranquil landscape and backdrop of the Dandenong Ranges the design mimics the natural formation of the landscape through a solid podium and a slow terracing tower form softened by carefully curated landscaping. Through materiality the design speaks to the surrounding landscape and approximate horizon to sit naturally within the low scale surrounding typology.
