As the largest approved project in the 2020 Big Housing Build initiative the team has teamed up with CHVL to deliver the apartment component of the Burwood Highway Project. The team will be adding valuable and much desired affordable housing supply to the suburb, this is also the flagship project for Monolith as the team expands it's current portfolio and typology and begin it's exploration into the Community Housing space.
